Can I leave the virtual store and continue my purchase at another time?
Yes. Your shopping cart will be saved indefinitely, allowing you to continue your purchase at any time and from another device. All products will remain in your shopping cart until you check out or decide to empty it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. You can modify your delivery addresses from the My Delivery Addresses section or during the purchase process.
Can I make the purchase from another computer?
Yes. You can access www.imas-online.com with your email address and password from any desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device, as long as they have internet access.
What are they and what can I do with my historical orders?
Every time you make a purchase at www.imas-online.com, the order is automatically saved as a history with an order number. You can consult historical orders in the My Orders section. From the list of historical orders you can see the details of the order placed and repeat the same order with your next purchase. If you repeat the order, all the items contained in the historical order will be added to your shopping cart.
Can I have more than one delivery address?
Yes. In our virtual store it is possible to register more than one delivery address, you simply have to add them from My Delivery Addresses or during the purchase process. Each time you proceed to make a purchase, the system will ask you to select the delivery address where your order will be sent.
Can I make changes or returns?
