For the purposes of the provisions of Law 25,326, on the Protection of Personal Data (Habeas Data) and its current regulations, IMAS S.R.L. informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by and for IMAS S.R.L. and under its responsibility, with the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationship with the user, as well as the information, training and marketing of its products and services and activities related to them. At the time of requesting any of the services linked to the Website, IMAS S.R.L. will need to collect user data for the provision of the aforementioned services, informing the user of the necessary or optional nature of the collection of such data for the provision of the corresponding service. However, failure to complete the optional data will prevent IMAS S.R.L. provide all other services linked to such data.

IMAS S.R.L. informs the user about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data collected by IMAS S.R.L.. In the case of representation, it must be proven by a reliable document.
