Claims, Exchanges and Returns
From the moment you receive your order, you have 15 calendar days to make the corresponding claim. Once the return of a product is accepted, a credit will be generated in the customer’s current account. This credit will be used against future consumption (without an expiration date), or a refund may be requested. In this case, the refund will be made in the same payment method in which the original order was paid (according to art 34, Law 24,240).
For returns or exchanges of products purchased at our store, you must go to the store where the product was purchased within a period of 30 days with your corresponding purchase invoice.
For returns or exchanges of products purchased at www.imas-online.com.ar, you must make your claim to our Customer Service (info@imas-conline.com) or to our telephone numbers (011) 4657-3200 from Monday to Friday. from 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.
